SkillsUSA at Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver, CO is a partnership of students, teachers and industry representatives, working together to ensure America has a skilled work force. It helps each student excel. The current skills participation is 3D, Web Design, and Photography. Mr. Esparza is the advisor for SkillsUSA at TJ.
SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit organization serving teachers and high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service occupations, including health occupations.
MEMBERSHIP – JOIN SKILLSUSA
Membership for Colorado and National membership is $16
If you are enrolled in the Advance 3D and Web class, your membership is covered.
If you are not in in any of these classes, then your fee for this year is $5.00. Payment is due by Feb. 3rd, 2012
State competition entry fee is $75. CCT Magnet will cover $35 of this fee. Payment for Competition ($40) is due by April 2nd. 2012

Wednesday evening the 18th will be the registration, rally, and testing for content and SkillsUSA
Thursdays will be from 7:00am to- 4:00pm- This is the competition day
Friday is the awards ceremony. All SkillsUSA Participates should be at the Conference Center by 1:30pm
